Our dedicated Concert room is available to hire for your function!
All forms of events are welcomed at the Club. We have been home to numerous Christenings, Birthdays, Weddings & Anniversaries over the years. This is the best local venue for your event.

To arrange for any function it is requested that you apply in writing to our club Manager Sean Johnson who will be more than happy to help you with the booking and organisation of your event with us. You can do this via Email to ‘functions@stanleyconservativeclub.co.uk’ or fill in the form below.

 

Applications to the Club should include the type of function it is, the estimated number of guests in total and whether you will be providing your own buffet or entertainment, the club can help with these if required. Each function will be charged a fee for the room hire (Please see table below.). We also ask for a £50 refundable deposit so long as there are no issues or damage during the event. It should also be noted that this deposit may also be withheld if it is found there is a need for excessive cleaning afterward.
A full guest list of all non-members attending must also be given a week before the function date along with the deposit and cleaning charge. It should also be noted that as a members club our members will be allowed on the premises at any time during opening hours. The Club does not allow any room to be booked solely for private function use.
